PATRICIA ANN RIVES HAZLETT, age 63, of Mulberry, TN, departed this life on Sat., August 7, 2010,at her residence, surrounded by her loving family, after loosing an extended battle with cance. She was a homemaker and a cook at the Bar-B-Que Caboose in Lynchburg. She was a member of the Lois Church of Christ and a loving wife, mother, aand grandmother. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ethon Bain. Survivors are her husabnd, David Hazlett and son, Tim Hazlett both of Mulberry, Daughters, Angie (Mike) Bain of Fayetteville and Terri (Jeff) of Lynchburg, grandchildren, Keith and Emma BAin, Josh, Ryan, Jesse, and Janna Burton. Great grandchild, Millie Bain. Sisters, Audrey HAll of Cookeville, Marie Honeycutt of Shelby, NC, Nancy Brown of Fayetteville, and Alta Patterson of Hazel Green,AL, a brother, Harold Rives of Woodward, OK, half-brother, James Rives of Nevada City, CA, half-sister, Sara Hoose of OK. Services for Mrs. Hazlett were 2 p.m. Monday, August 9, 2010 in the Chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home with Bro. Roy Markum and Bro. Bill Cantrell officiating. Interment followed in Melson Cemetery.
