Nina Ann Nelson, age 53, of Lynchburg, TN departed this life on Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Harton Regional Medical Center in Tullahoma from injuries she sustained in a 4-wheeler accident at her residence. Mrs. Lee was a CRNA, employed by Dr. Charles Padgett of Highland Rim Anesthesia Group. She was born in Huntsville, AL to Glenn Rosenblum and the late Gladys Marie Ray Rosenblum. She was a member of the Greenville Church of Christ. She was a horse enthusiast belonging to various riding clubs during her lifetime. She is survived by her husband, Ben Lee, Jr. of Lynchburg, Son, Bryan (Jessica) Nelson of San Antonio, TX. Father, Glen Rosenblum of Huntsville, AL. Step-sons; Adam Benjamin Lee of Orlando, FL and Scott Alan (Erica Leigh) Lee of Madison, AL. Step-Daughter, Abby Gail Lee of Pensacola, FL. Sisters; Janet Collier of Spring City, TN and Donna Kale of Huntsville, AL. Brother, John Rosenblum of Huntsville, AL. One niece and several nephews. Visitation with the family will be from 4:30 P.M. until 6:00 Friday Evening, September 3, 2010 in the Chapel of Lynchburg Funeral Home.
